it usually doesn’t evolve past questions like “how’d you sleep” “did you eat yet” “wyd” over and over. at most they might talk about themselves a lot but they don’t ask me any questions about myself. and truthfully i don’t want to get to know someone over text anyway so im confused on why that seems to be the only thing they do

If a guy likes you, he’ll want to spend time with you/talk to you as much as he can. Also a lot of men are scared to push limits and test boundaries out of fear of being weird(not me, I’m a fucking weirdo and embrace it). Idk where it comes from other than the “male loneliness epidemic” but yeah we like you but are scared to push boundaries I guess
