Tiana you just need to go out of your way to start a conversation with him. You don’t need to do too much, just try to build rapport and get his contact info. If you don’t talk you’re gonna get beat to the chase by more gregarious girls

That’s the thing, I’m TOO sociable. I would honestly prefer to just be like “I feel like I see you all over the hospital, like every floor. Are you guys always so busy? Or do you just rotate a lot? Y’know, like our department?” With a playful and slightly cheerful tone, cuz that’s how I start conversations (in a playful and teasing way, just cheerful overall).
