Girl and guy social cues work very different. That was probably just observation and was intended as a compliment or meant as more advice typa thing so you replicate in future. Men are simple. Doubt he meant anything extra behind it

Just take it as a compliment he probably meant it in a good way but has horrible execution

Yeah I’m sure he meant it in a positive way because he knows I’ve been lifting more in the last few months. It was just so weird to me because he’s never made any sort of comment about my weight
