flirting vs sexual harassment

It’s because until now, women exploring their sexuality has been considered a big no no by society while guys were expected to be sexually active (in rare cases, to the point of asserting themselves over others 🤮). So now, when a guy is seen using something like a fleshlight, it is seen as him being unable to pull (or something to that effect) and is shameful. Whereas a women using a vibe is seen as her learning about her body and exercising freedoms women from way back when couldn’t dream of.

Aren’t questions but honestly raises a decent point. Often I feel like women try to trash men by saying that her vibrator can please her better than a man can anyway. If a man were to say the same thing about his fleshlight he would be called a troglodyte and a pussy. (Honestly fine by me tho)

Because it’s two different communities 💀 guys in ask men aren’t wanting to hear about other men masturbating but the women in ask women are specifically sex positive and encourage other women to find pleasure independently to make up for the constant shame surrounding it (and also because penetration can’t make most women cum so vibrators are really helpful even with a partner where as a fleshlight is a lot less useful)

Paraphrasing some surprisingly ensign Reddit post I saw on the exact same topic. TLDR: men using fleshlight? People think he can’t pull and isn’t desireable cuz guys “oooobbbviously would fuck if given the chance.” Women using vibe? “She’s learning what she likes!”

Obviously I’m of the mentality that no one should care what anyone does with whatever toys they own in the privacy of their own home and any judgment you throw someone’s way can easily be thrown at you.

Thanks. Again, not my words, but I def stand by them and implore those who see this all to try and challenge that old way of thinking. Encouraging men to be sexually explorative without others, not to mention asserting one’s self over another. Lawdy knows im trying.

Because men using toys is looked down upon in society while women using toys is praised because it’s considered sexy when women do it and pervy when men do it

I hear you, however fleshlights are more equivalent with dildos. And lots of dildos are realistic. There’s also cartoon fleshlights. Anyway men have vibrating cock sleeves too so.. either way sounds like you don’t like the idea of men using a sex toy

If you want nightmares just listen to the audio of a circumcision and the babies screeching will live forever in your mind. Trust me you don’t want to see the visuals it’s even worse how they stretch the penis upwards and use scissors to slowly cut the entire skin tube off and then it’s a bloody stub they wrap in bandages. It’s absolutely horrific horror show

I was not making any specific comment on circumcision

upvote 1 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> #20 76w

I’m saying maybe the reason why male sexuality was so violent in the past is because of circumcision causing men to be mentally disturbed. You said circumcision was a response to male sexuality being dangerous. I’m proposing male sexuality is dangerously BCUZ of circumcision.

upvote 6 downvote

Anonymous replying to -> #8 76w

I… don’t think circumcision causes men to be mentally disturbed???? Every single person I know who is circumcised is normal and does not state that it has any impact on how they behave sexually whatsoever

upvote 4 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> #8 76w

Circumcision is designed to forbid self pleasure. Humans have strong sexual urges. They have to be met somehow even if it’s just playing with yourself. If you literally strip the flesh from someone to prevent them from self pleasure, you’re literally setting them up to become aggressively pursuit of sexual activity with someone else. It was always about making masturbation impossible for men and women, it was considered an evil act of disease.

And men are still circumcised so why is sexuality at least societally becoming less violent

upvote 1 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> #8 76w

lol circumcising was the a religious covanent that the Jews or Moses had made with god to separate them from the rest (after Jesus came it's no longer needed) still people came up with a "reason" weather it be "it looks nice" and or "it's cleaner" (because ya don't clean it).

Circumcision is falling heavily out of favor. We are probably the last generation to have majority of Americans circumcised. Asia doesn’t do it, Europe doesn’t do it, South America doesn’t do it, western side of the USA doesn’t do it much now. It’s primarily the eastern portion of USA and Africa / Middle East that continue to mutilate.

(In response to you asking why sexual violence is declining if most men are circumcised) simply put: cutting rates are dropping very quickly. 1999 it was like 85% now it’s more like 45% or less.

But now we’re going to have another issue where tons of men are insecure because they don’t have their natural anatomy whereas other men do. Imagine you’re the only guy in your class that had his dick cut up tight and dry. If you need example just look up porn. The difference is insane. It’s basically a built in sleeve for stroking it gently. Oh well Have a good day

The ask women community is very specifically sex positive for women to ask questions or post updates since women’s pleasure isn’t taught in schools or in media or porn like it is for men, and women tend to have issues with it regularly either out of trauma, cultural shame, health issues (WAY more common than you think), and materials not being made for women (like lubes, condoms, and toys being made with harmful materials causing infections or irritation). It’s just very different context
