Only if you gave an enthusiastic yes and didn’t give him any reason to believe that you don’t want to do it anymore. If you did something else that signaled your discomfort (physically kicking away, yelling, etc) then yes that is definitely SA. You don’t have to verbalize it if you want him to stop so long as any reasonable person in that spot could interpret that you had revoked your consent.
