It’s gotta be insecurity eating them alive, they want to feel like everyone is just as bad as they are. Same with people who hate on folks for not voting for trump, they’ll say ‘oh any other candidate would’ve been just as bad’ because they know voting for trump is a moral failure and they want to feel like everyone else is as immoral as they are

Agreed. It’s sad. And like what upsets me is obviously I know better, I have lots of male friends that I trust deeply. But women who haven’t had as many male friends, or who have been hurt by one in the past. See this kind of thing everywhere and think “oh if even men are saying men can’t be trusted then I guess it must be true” and they start generalizing men, which in turn pisses men off and it all feeds into the dumbass gender war bullshit.

Honestly probably. I swear men rage bait so much for some reason. But ion my time on this app in multiple communities I’ve had like more than a dozen men very persistently get in my DMs and try to convince me of stuff like this. I have a wonder bf and very good male friends and almost any time I mention them some dude takes it upon himself to try to convince me they’re all secretly scheming against me
