Bc he wants you to think he misses you to keep you hooked and interested but he doesn’t actually care for you enough to follow through on his words. Sorry this is happening to you, but personally id cut my losses and stop spending time on him if possible. He sucks for that

Yeah idk why people do it either. I guess to keep their “options” available but that’s really shitty and unfair to the other person. But yeah, actions definitely speak louder than words. Why do you think he suddenly started acting this way? Did anything change in your situations?

Yeah. Also it doesn’t work. We’re grown lol. I have no idea. He said some things that were kinda odd I wonder if he was catching feelings and tried to deter them by acting like that

Yeah definitely, we’re too old to be doing childish shit like that. And your suspicion might be right yeah, but idk I would usually assume it’s bc he’s losing interest or something like that, but this situation could be different for sure.

Yeah. I’m not sure. I would hope it’s the latter, bc when I thought I might have to stop seeing him I had a whole talk with him. So if he didn’t want to see me and did that, then it’s immature. But he has less going on for him than me, so really it would be his loss.
