Why do guys like an instagram story repeatedly but not try to text or anything. I have like the same few guys that always like my instagram stories but don’t text, I don’t really understand the point

Had this happen a few times (I’m the guy). Wanting for the other person to text first. We won’t talk at all if not. At least in my experience
