Best things to put in your ears to clean them? I heard q-tips are good

How do you get all the water out later though, my ears are crackly for at least a day after even going swimming

doing this might not be best for you if you have that problem. i just tilt my head and the water drains out and i dont have any issues

Try tilting your head sideways and shaking up and down it should dislodge the water
