I think two requirements of being a function adult are
1. Being able to cook and feed yourself generally healthy meals
2. Being able to keep your living space clean, and keeping urself hygienic
Do you fit these requirements?
Honestly no because I’m depressed but thats my problem

The first one definitely. I don’t always keep my room clean, but I am hygienic and overall keep my apartment clean and the common spaces clean, so I think I’m doing alright

Kinda. I can cook but consistently buying ingredients for healthy home cooked meals gets expensive fast

It always baffled me coming to college how many people never did laundry in their life

I struggle with the same, so I instead started buying frozen veg instead of fresh so I can still make healthy meals on a budget without wasting a bunch of fresh veg bc I live alone

I am disabled and mentally ill yet I do these things, but ofc there are different support levels so I understand
