30 G protein drinks. That what my doctor has me doing to put on weight (underweight currently) she wanted me getting 60 g a day. She suggested healthy fats like avocado, things like cottage cheese, smoothies, more meat.

Eat at least 70g of protein a day, honestly if you can try to get it up to 100. Make sure you’re also eating a good amount of calories too. Don’t do intense cardio, keep it light for now. Make sure you push to failure on exercises it is safe to

Slowly increasing your diet. Cant really increase appetite without some consistency for a couple weeks so just snack a little more, make a little more

Fast metabolism is a rhetoric from the government that isn’t a thing 99% of the time. You most likely fall within the normal spread but gaining weight and lean mass is as simple as tracking your calories figuring out your BMR and eating .75 to 1 Gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight

put you’re height, weight, activity level, etc… into a metabolism calculator and it will tell you with rough accuracy how many calories you should eat for whatever goal you tell it

High protein diet and weight lifting are the healthiest ways to gain weight. That way you’ll gain weight as lean muscle instead of fat.

If you’d like I can help you create a diet plan + workout plan and explain the process of working towards a better physique.

As you’re working out right now focus less on form and what you eat. Your priority’s should be this in order 1 hit your daily calorie intake, 2 go to the gym, 3 recover sleep and recovery is by far the most important part so get a minimum of 8 hours and stay very hydrated. Also remember it takes times you probably won’t see any results for at least 3 months

Another thing that people don’t talk about enough is the quality of protein you are consuming don’t count anything from bread or most plant protein. If it’s not meat eggs or protein powder/ protein shakes it’s most likely incomplete and isn’t gonna do much for you
