Idk I just think it’s the relatable factor. A man can relate more to men so it’s more intriguing to watch from that perspective. I watch women’s college basketball but that’s really the only women’s sport I watch.

As an argument to men are better at sports you said its not true because women have more world cups. This doesn’t make any sense because comparing world cups and medals within their own gender’s league is like comparing apples to oranges. If the genders played against each other it would make sense. Also by pure athleticism and biology (sports like swimming and running) men are naturally more athletic which is why they separate the leagues by gender.

I’d say cause the most popular sports, at least where I’m from, are football, basketball, and baseball. Besides basketball, those are men’s sports

Men are just better at sports that they like to watch. They’re just better at soccer basketball football, most of those sports. Women’s sports just aren’t as entertaining

Well, I don’t have an answer for you because I’ve never heard of men “expecting” women to watch men’s sports, or at least myself and none of my friends do. I understand that some men disrespect women’s sports however and that makes me sad. People can watch whatever they want and that’s my stance 🤷🏻‍♂️

Men use to have a similar belief like this but about women’s intelligence and how good they can work a job. They claimed men were superior to women and they would never have a chance to succeed but look around you now! I actually heard the one co-ed sport women consistently beat men at, long distance open water swimming. Cause muscle sinks and fat floats. Women have more fat than men! I think that’s pretty cool
