nah i get it. my parents are hella traditional and my gf is agnostic. i couldnt tell them for a while otherwise i might have suffered some consequences

Yeah, but I come from a south asian family. And I feel like it’s given that we only date to marry. And If I told my parents early on, they would either pressure me to breakup or get married real soon. Hence the wait
