Riding a bike was easier when I was younger. But I haven’t done it in ages and idk why it’s impossible now. I keep tipping to one side and I’m not even fat.

Stick with it! I work in a bike shop and have seen many people with the same issue when they’re getting back on the bike. Lowering the seat might help. That and practicing on grass. You got it!!
