I would feel bad. I never want to do anything that would hurt my partner or cause her any discomfort. I’d prolly ask if she needed anything, try to comfort her. reassure her that I loved and appreciated her. Then maybe have a discussion about whether or not it’s worth it to continue to have rough sex.

Make sure she knows it was not my intention and make sure she’s comforted and cared for. Ask what she wants to do and how I can make sure it doesn’t happen again.
