I’d say there’s definitely some pressure. I think most women expect the man to do so. Granted, I don’t think that’s a problem but there’s definitely some pressure there

Yes, but not as much as we’re told. There are mixed signals about it different women respond better to different things and overall the party line does seem to somewhat overstate the appeal of a nice date
