I eat around 3500 calories a day of vegetables meat carbs about of that 3500 calories a minimum of 1 pound of meat a day I think in total I probably eat around 3.5 pounds of food per day

Ohh yk I heard it’s similar with like running, maybe it’s constant use of your stomach muscles idk, I don’t really work out and just eat low cal so maybe that’s why
