I like your point, I want to expand on it to include POC because I feel with white people it’s usually really easy to see when they’ve got subtle makeup vs no makeup. Does she have makeup on?

Basically what I’m saying is that a lot of women, myself included have been told we look tired or unattractive when we aren’t wearing makeup, but also told men like women with no makeup. It’s a double standard

It’s probably similar to the whole dad bods stuff where men don’t realize they actually just like the more simplistic makeup over no makeup at all and women are saying you don’t need to be on steroids but that doesn’t mean they want like fat bastard from Austin powers

Yeah usually. In general, I also prefer less makeup unless you’re in costume / going to something formal. Particularly foundation and things like that. Natural skin is beautiful It’s totally your choice what to wear tho
