Shouldn’t notice a difference in feeling they literally just descend and the sack is permanently lower (aside from when it’s cold)

First off, love the curiosity to ask this question. The nads are always there, they’ll just develop a little more. It’s more a metaphor like growing hair on your chest. That does happen too, but they’re both just references of maturity
