I think it’s cool and great balance + stability training tbh, it’s just very woman dominated and I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to a class and being the only dude

I like about 5 free weight exercises, 2 cable exercises, 1 machine exercise, and biking and swimming for cardio. I don’t really have any interest in other stuff when my strength training regimen takes about 30 minutes if I’m in a hurry. It works for me.

Pilates can still build muscle, especially for those who have never strength trained before, but it’s far less efficient than a standard lifting program for building muscle

Lifting won’t even get you crazy muscle unless you’re dedicated and go through calorie surplus and deficit phases

I do sometimes go to the gym alone but I just do not have fun at all. But if I ever did have someone I guess it would be like a little bonding thing which would be fun
