
I have the exact same issue. what I do that helps me is Ashwaganda and rescue remedy. A coloring book while watching a movie while smelling lavender essential oil and chewing gum. For the first part putting a cold water bottle behind neck (Vegas nerve). Ice in hands if really bad. Basically distract all your senses and your brain is supposedly not able to panic. I also use the breath app. Writing this out makes me realize how crazy it is but I fucking hate flying because I feel trapped
