anyone else with health anxiety been super anxious and worried about flu season this year😅 this new variant has me so panicked (especially cause my anxiety spikes at the thought of vomit) literally have been having dreams about getting it 🥲

I currently have Flu A, had a 103.7 fever, yesterday I slept the entire day, never felt so sick omfg I’m literally dying, if I could talk I would’ve asked my dr for an anti nausea
