does anyone deal with really bad intrusive thoughts? Like things that make you really uncomfortable and have become everyday OCD occurrences. I’d share with a therapist but even then idk if I could find one I’d actually be comfortable sharing them with

I don’t have ocd, but I do get really bad intrusive thoughts every now and then. Not daily, probably once every few days to once a week
