Mega red flag, not necessarily for him but for the mom. You gotta take a real good look at the relationship between them, figure out if he’s gonna take your side when the time comes or if he’s gonna take her side

Yes I agree, if OP did nothing wrong and her/his bf said nothing to mom, said mom just doesn’t like them and is either jealous or envious
