
Sometimes they tell you like.. give those thoughts a name like negative nancy or some shit and realize they're just thoughts and they don't mean anything on their own and you can treat your thoughts as theories and systematically reality test them. And sometimes we're creating conditions on our worth and lovability like if i don't do this or if this doesn't happen, it means i'm not loveable but that's not being fair to yourself and compassionate to your inner child.
