Anxiety on Sidechat | Is this just me or every time I go to a big store like Target/walmart/macys I get so much anxiety. I’m not sure why cus I’ll be just fine before but once I’m inside it starts building up. Nothing traumatic has happened to me in any of these stores so Idk

Crowds, decisions, overload of sensory stimulation. It’s really common to get anxiety triggered at box stores and grocery stores

I used to omgg it was so bad but the more u do it the less u care i promise just keep being brave
