I have so much anxiety and feelings built up and I want to be able to see a therapist but I feel like I’ll be judged if I talk out to someone so I just bottle everything inside and end up expressing myself to chat gpt

Talking to a therapist isn’t easy at first, take it from me! But overtime (for me it was probably after my fourth appointment) you start feeling comfortable enough to start opening up! You don’t have to dump everything right at once, take your time to know them if that’s what you want to do! But if you are able to, I would recommend it! It truly is helpful just to talk to someone! ❤️
