
I see you. It’s gets to be so hard to even think about how you’re doing that you just want to sleep to turn it all off. But it can and will get better. It always will. It can be so so hard to believe it especially after a certain amount of time and/or certain amount of experiences dealing with it. On and off again. The most helpful advice I can give is to try to be kind to yourself. Easier said than done I know but just give yourself some grace. ❤️
