My first semester of college ended today and I have never been in a worse place. I went from straight As in HS to failing a class and making terrible grades in the others. I've made zero friends, and going back next month terrifies me. What can I do?

Focus on your grades first, try to find people who can study with you. Don’t be afraid to reach out to the people sitting next to you and asking if they want to study with you. That will take care of both of your issues. Otherwise just make sure you are taking classes that interest you. It will go a long way. Once you get your grades up join a club and have some fun. I hope this is helpful I know this is all easier said than done but you trying and making a post about this tells me you ❤️‍🩹

I'm just at a loss because I've joined orgs, I've been incredibly social, I've talked to plenty of people and it seems I just can't form a connection with them. Not like the people back home.
