
Talk to your advisor if you feel comfortable. Their job is to support your wellbeing in and out of the classroom throughout your college life. Depending on your major they may know of resources for you. There are mental health professionals on campus in the CAPS department in ghering. Most importantly, you are not alone
School is never ever mandatory, that stuff can always be negotiated around. Mental hospitals can make things worse (many are basically sanitariums)....if I were you I'd feel better finishing what I could (regardless of how much I half assed it) and then re evaluating over break. don't let either institution's propaganda decide for you
