“Body is tea” Thanks I obsessively only eat 700 calories every day for the past 3 years and it’s horrible. Don’t fucking do it. I lose my mind if I eat more thinking I’ll wake up with ten pounds on me the next day

As someone who had to leave college for a year and be hospitalized for AN pls talk with a therapist/specialized dietitian if you don’t already 🫶

I used to limit myself to 100 calories a day wayyyy back when I had my ED. I recovered but sometimes I get self conscious. Honestly my advice is to watch influencers that are body positive. That’s the only thing that encouraged me to get healthier

I don’t currently but I have my reasons, thank you for your concern. I’m really sorry that happened to you but I hope you’re doing better now 💕

…100? I wish I was that strong. I’m still very very deep in it and not anywhere near recovered, thank you for the advice, I’m really glad you’re doing better! Sometimes I just don’t think I’m sick enough to be considered as having an ED. I’m realizing 700 is still a lot compared to others

Please don’t let yourself get stuck in that comparison loop. 700 is still extremely restrictive and you deserve to receive support

I just hope they’re not the EDs reasons. Hang in there and I wish you the best
