Does anyone else feel like their mental health is slowly deteriorating?

Yeah, it’s kind of helping in a way. I feel so apathetic about everything now that my anxiety has been severely reduced. I just don’t care anymore, sometimes I feel like I’m crueler than I used to be, less empathetic. The kicker is I just don’t care enough to fix anything, I look around and what’s the point? How can I be happy in this?

On the bright side ig if you think your are going nuts it means you are not actually loosing it since you are conscious that something is wrong 😀👍

Yes, also since the days are longer and the sun stays out longer I feel more bored and emotionally drained.

Never been on that, currently taking lamotrigine as a mood stabilizer. So probably a bit to do with that, but still better than being an unstable embarrassment.
