I’m so fucking done with being so anxious about going out. The damn fire alarms at my school have went off 8 damn times this year and I’m so scared of it going off when I’m not here because I have a cat and I would literally rather die than leave her…

…in the dorms during that. The alarm blares for 15 minutes minimum every time while emergency services gets here and clears the building. I’m so tired of this. I was in dining hall today and I kept hearing the registers beeping, and they have a similar tone to the alarms. I got so worried about the alarm going off that I just tossed my meal and went back to my dorm.

I’m scared that I’m going to end up getting so anxious about this that I drop out of the clubs I’m in. I can’t even sleep without earplugs anymore because it’s gone off twice in the middle of the night and I can’t fucking focus on grabbing my cat and getting out when the alarm is blaring.
