lexapro made me numb asf but i’ve also heard it’s saved others so it really just depends on the person yk

Im on Lexapro. PROS: less anxiety (somewhat) and a clearer head. CONS: sleep issues sometimes (depending on dose size), SERIOUS withdrawal symptoms, less emotions overall, and has caused me depression so bad that I almost committed su*cide. Overall, lexapro is not worth it.

Zoloft is cool. There are some side effects, but that can vary. They’re the worst the first couple of weeks, then they mostly fizzle out. Has made me a bit forgetful tho and clenching my jaw at night so my jaws been popping. But def better than what I was feeling before. And it’s best paired with talk therapy and they aren’t some thing you necessarily need to be on for forever even though a lot of people are.

prozac made me irritable. lexapro fucked up my sleep. i never did well on anxiety meds tbh but it doesn't help that my insurance sucks and i have very limited resources. everyone works different tho. it completely depends on you. try something and if it doesn't work, talk to your prescriber to change it

Lexapro hasn’t done much for me just made my sleep issues worse and I’m anxious all the time.

Try cymbalta. All the regular ones sucked for me but I take cymbalta and I take half of the dose in the morning and half in the afternoon (so I’m not depressed late at night) and so far I’m doing okay. I mean I’m still alive so I guess it works

only thing that’s ever worked for me was weed but i don’t recommend it unless you talk w ur psychiatrist first and see what they have to say cause same thing it’s different for each person

Though everybody has a different experience, so take my opinion with a bag of salt.
