I had to read this 3 times before I understood that you didn’t actually want to be hated publicly. 1. Maybe you’re not publicly hated because you’re not hated in general. 2. Why do you feel like your secretly hated? Maybe these are just insecurities that you’re overthinking. 3. If you think people have a legitimate reason to dislike or hate you, what is that reason and what do you think you can do to change that?

perception and projection, its hard to change because there are a few big pills you need to swallow about reality that seem to simple and good to be true, but its the main thing that helps with reality and being able to live not a slave by what you just think and feel
