Over the last couple of months, I’ve started having them, too. I’m going through a very stressful time right now. I wish they would go away.

I used to think this too and that people were maybe overreacting but then I had them constantly everyday in high school and it was literally the worst and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone

I used to have them everyday what worked for me was when I was having them I would find 4 things: something I can touch, something you could wear, something you could eat and something of your favorite color, I would also collect stress balls and use them when I felt one coming on

Also get asgwaunda gummies (anxiety gummies) and take those everyday that helps a lot, people said turmeric too but for me that Made it sm worse
