One thing I learned from shrinking (show about therapists) is that you’re not allowed to be mad at someone for something you haven’t properly communicated on, because you haven’t given them a chance to change. Maybe you are the common denominator, but how can you be expected to improve if no one tells you where you’re going wrong? I’d focus on being an open person and being able to take the hits so people can tell you stuff and see if you can find moments where you hurt people and dissect it

They’re not allowed to be mad at you for impacts of your actions you’re not aware of doing and behavior you haven’t been given the chance to correct. Sorry I’m a yapper.
