I struggled with this. You have to start growing to be confident in who you are and trusting yourself so much so that you (at least 80% of the time because none of us are perfect) and your thoughts can’t be shaken by what it is your enduring.

Change your perspective when you find yourself having anxious thought or nervous feelings. It’s hard and will take time to get good at it, but just try when you feel yourself spiraling. Any thoughts or beliefs you have that don’t serve you well, are there to control you.
