my anxiety is out of control and i hate it. my mind doesn’t ever stop running. the medications kind of help get rid of the pit in my stomach but my thoughts still spiral out of control. i’m doing all of the things. it just doesn’t stop

being prescribed xanax kinda helped me with this so maybe talk to ur psych abt that
