For me, it was POTS. Chest pain, shortness of breath, heat intolerance, heart rate regularly above 200bpm, as well as losing vision and almost fainting upon standing! I already had anxiety, so I knew those new symptoms couldn’t possibly be “just anxiety.” My second cardiologist clocked it immediately
