
Ok I agree but if you aren’t religious. Ignore the God part. Time will help. But in the mean time, if you doom scroll make sure you’re watching things that always crack you up. For me it’s watching people get scared. I cannot help it laugh. Or things that make you happy cry like kids seeing their soldier parents return returning home. if you if you can’t watch something that makes you happy or laugh then you need to exercise.
Surround yourself with happy people! Kids if you like them. Watch kids play at a park. (But don’t be creepy about it. If someone asks you, which kid is yours, just say honestly I just came to be somewhere where there’s blissful happiness and laughter. I’m a little depressed right now and I thought maybe seeing happy kids would help.) No drugs or alcohol. It doesn’t help. Only makes it worse.
While this method of self help does work for many people who have hit rock-bottom, it isnt helpful for everyone and its important to respect that. However, that goes for those that downvoted this too. If we truly want to build a community of love here for our anxiety, we must not degrade others advice just because it isnt/wasnt/wont be helpful for us. I love to love and I love to spread love, and I hope those reading this will take it into account and truly try to understand those who tend
