when I have to for group stuff in class i get so nervous and anxious my hands start sweating so badly😭 to the point where my notebook paper gets sweaty, and i feel like my anxiousness prevents me from making friends in college ughhh idk what to do

me too. i'm a senior in college and have still not been able to make college friends outside the classroom. i feel like they all hate me😭
