Does anyone else get nauseous from anxiety and then lose your appetite but then the hunger causes more nausea so it starts up a cycle. Eating is so hard

Yes, plus sometimes I feel dizzy or off balance from stress and anxiety, I thought I had something wrong w me and got tons of tests done, it’s insane how many different ways that anxiety physically manifests itself in our bodies, also I recently thought I had persistent migraines but it turns out that bc I was so stressed and anxious all the time that my eyebrows were always raised up which caused tension in my head and caused the headaches… which was also causing me anxiety lol

i’m kind of on the opposite end of that. i don’t eat all day bc of stress, but then i get home and calm down and binge ☹️

I totally get this and it is generally over school work so when I get anxious and don’t eat then I’m light headed and can’t focus and the inability to focus makes me more anxious because I need to get the work done so then it’s even harder to eat and it feels like there’s no way out

Yes yes yes! I have a very bad relationship with food especially when I’m anxious or depressed. I’ve even tried medication to help me have an appetite but it doesn’t help me. It’s the worst for so many reasons, but you’re not alone
