Anyone ever gone off their ssri’s(I’ve been on them for like 5 years for depression and anxiety and I stopped(responsibly obvi) like a month ago) and I’m having a spike in anxiety? Does it go away or is this the new norm cause I’m not medicated anymore?

Sucks cause I moved so I don’t have a doctor at the moment but definitely think I’m gonna establish at the local hospital I just have been burned a couple of times with psychologist so it’s so scary to start again

I get that, I’ve had med providers that screwed me over. Trust the process and find some connections just incase

What do you call a doctor that graduates at the bottom of their class? A doctor

Literallyyyy and I swear all of them go into mental health except for a few shining pearl doctors that are rarer than a 6 leaf clover
