Anyone have any tips on how to deal with digestive issues / stomachaches when it comes to anxiety? I experienced something emotionally taxing recently and have had an upset stomach ever since :/

I struggle w this too and holding cold items or putting cold items on my forehead and eye area has helped some, but also saltine crackers help keep something on your stomach without hurting it
