When you wake up journal- write down what you’re worried about for no more than 5 min. Consider it your worry time of the day. It helps me out a lot

Communicating with your partner about your anxiety and telling them that you aren’t blaming them for anything but you are just super anxious may help. It works for me hearing the reassurance.
