can you seek out a chaplain or a spiritual counselor? they could help you with this… I ultimately decided religion isn’t for me, but i have a strong sense of spirituality that i eventually found. it’s hard to let go of beliefs that don’t make sense anymore, but it’s even harder to hold onto them in the long term. wishing you peace and hope. sometimes, coming out of the spiral lifts you higher than you knew you could fly. ✨

If you are struggling with faith in the Christian sense, seek out verses that talk about opposition. People are going to call you names and try and make you feel crazy. Watch Christian Apologists (people who study the faith in order to defend it) they usually are able to come up with good ways of thinking about problems you have and explaining how to get these to fit with your personal beliefs. I don’t know if you are Catholic, but if you are you could look up the stories of different saints and their lives. Many of them overcame so much opposition and suffering. You could also look up some Marian apparitions, like Our Lady of Fatima or Our Lady of Kibeho. They are both incredible events that demonstrate Gods love for us. Even if you are not Catholic, maybe reading about saints can help inspire you to keep going.
