Anyone have any tips for not being able to get to sleep because anxiety says something is watching you (I’m working on getting into therapy for meds but in the meantime)
just check your room and remind yourself that you are in a safe space and that no one is watching you.

Agreeing and piggy backing on what #1 said; Look directly in the direction in which you feel something is there watching. You’ll come to see that nothing is physically there.
