Most shonen doesn’t have any well written or complex female characters. It’s super rare. The only exceptions that I’ve witnessed are MHA and Bleach.

this is what i’m saying, i just don’t think you’ve watched enough. frieren, the fate series, noragami, HxH, and even wind breaker all have well written female cast members

Noragami is considered a blend of shojo and shonen. I loved it but the fmc is a bit weak, the side female characters are well written. Frieren is considered shienen
