I personally believe Monkey D. Luffy has some type of cluster B personality disorder, and I think he’s great rep for it because of how well-liked he is both in the story and in the fandom since it can help de stigmatize the disorders themselves

I wouldn’t call his dream Narcissism it’s just his dream. It’s his ideal and his desire to become the best pirate that ever was so he’s super motivated and doesn’t want anything to get in his way. Narcissism in the highlighted way would be if he treated everyone as worse or leaser than him and was selfish or didn’t let them achieve their goals which he certainly does not
